The Bread Gallery Destination® How the Bread-Slicer Works

The Bread Gallery Destination® self-serve bread slicer has proven its safe and easy-to-use function throughout Europe and now in the U.S.

• Place bread in the slicer. Simply slide open the top cover and place unsliced bread inside.
• Remove bread from the slicer. The slicer immediately begins cutting. Once cutting is complete, open the lower door and remove sliced bread.
• Bag the sliced bread. Place sliced bread on the bagging spade, and use one of the provided bags to slip over the bread and spade. Remove the bagged bread from the spade, and close the bag with the provided twist tie.
