• The bottom of each drawer features smooth rounded dowels to help keep crusts deliciously crisp and to allow crumbs and seeds to fall into crumb catchers in the base.
• The gallery’s soft lighting conserves energy and prevents unwanted heat.
• Engaging the drawer pull lifts the safety glass on clear acrylic guides. Using glass prevents crazing and cracks.
• Rear-entry doors – so fresh baked breads may easily be stocked throughout the day.
